All massage treatments are tailored to suit individual's needs, this means that the different techniques and styles of massage can be mixed and matched dependant on the client's therapeutic goals. For example, aromatherapy oils can be incorporated into a deep tissue massage treatment, stretches into a therapeutic massage. This can be discussed in your free consultation, meaning you will receive the treatment most effective for you. This is why my prices are based on an hourly rate. You can choose from 30 to 90 minute treatments.

Organic Essential Oils and Massage Oils
I use organic base oils and essential oils from reputable sources. I also have a wonderful selection of Ayurvedic oils, which are traditionally made in Sri Lanka using ancient methods and recipes.
All blended oils are chosen for the needs of each individual client.
